Luz is an award-winning violinist who graduated with Honors from Virginia Commonwealth University. They have studied with Pavel Ilyashov, Allegra Havens, and Susanna Klein, and have had Masterclasses with In Mo Yang, The Telegraph Quartet, and the Dover Quartet. Now an active performer with the Fredericksburg Symphony, Richmond Philharmonic Orchestra and Northern Neck Orchestra, Luz has performed at Chrysler Hall, Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens, the Chrysler Museum, Sandler Center for the Performing Arts, Harrison Opera House, Zeiders American Dream Theater with Kishi Bashi, Sound of Music Studios, the Altria Theater, and Opera on The James.
