Children and Teen's Art Classes
The professional artists teaching at The Center focus on providing individualized attention to each student in a nurturing environment. Group instruction is noted for the small class size that enables each student to develop his or her unique talents. Students may join our classes at any time, space permitting.

Young Artists' Atelier
K-2nd Grade

Young artists learn how to draw using basic shapes, and explore pastels, paint, and mixed media. They will draw and paint animals and landscapes and learn about the art of famous painters. This beginning class builds self-confidence, small motor and observation skills while having fun!

This studio class introduces students to the world of fine art through a broad range of subject matter, and introduces them to basic shapes and form, color understanding, design, and architecture. Some projects will be influenced by a famous artist, their style, subject matter, and technique.
